More Than a Dog Walker
At Roam & Restore Pet Wellness, care is personal. Josh provides thoughtful, relationship-based pet care designed to help animals feel safe, engaged, comfortable, and genuinely cared for while their people are away. Services are intentionally kept personal and attentive so pets receive care from someone they know and trust.
Whether your dog needs a high-energy trail adventure, your senior pet needs a slower pace and mobility support, your cat needs some play time, or your small animals need reliable care, Roam & Restore offers compassionate service for every stage of life.
Meet Josh
As a Bainbridge Island resident and a friend to animals, Josh has spent years caring for animals of all sizes, personalities and needs, from energetic puppies and adventure-loving dogs to senior pets who benefit from extra patience and attentive support.
Known for his approachable personality and intuitive approach, Josh believes animals deserve care that helps them feel safe, comfortable and understood.
After a life-changing health experience shifted his perspective, Josh chose to pursue work centered around connection, wellness, and compassionate animal care. Roam & Restore Pet Wellness grew from that decision and a desire to build something personal, grounded, and meaningful while helping pets and their people feel supported and at ease.
Josh is currently working on his small animal and bodywork credentials to partner with his services as a stand-alone experience or an add-on to any Adventure Walk.

Meet Josh

Adventure Walks
$25/30min $35/45min $45/60min
Adventure walks are enriching sessions tailored to your dog's energy level, comfort, and personality. From neighborhood strolls to nature-focused outings, walks are designed to provide both exercise and mental stimulation.
Services may include:
- Decompression walks
- Sniff-focused enrichment
- Trail outings
- Puppy socialization
- Customized pacing for senior pets
*Time includes arrival and departure time, walk length and time will vary by dog and their needs. Each additional dog is $10
Overnight Pet Care
$75/night
In-home overnight care helps pets maintain familiar routines and comforts while you're away.
Includes:
- Feeding & fresh water
- Walks & exercise
- Medication support as needed
- Evening and morning routines
- Companionship & comfort care
- Light home care such as plant watering and mail/package retrieval
*Overnight fee is for one pet. Additional $20 per pet under the care of Roam & Restore per night.
Drop-in Visits
$25/30 min
Perfect for midday potty breaks, meals, medications, fresh water and check-ins for pets who need a little extra support during the day.
Available from 10am - 930pm
Ideal for:
- Busy workdays
- Last-minute schedule changes
- Ferry delays
- Puppies
- Senior pets
*Emergency drop-ins outside of hours listed are available for additional fee
*Longer drop-ins available by request, pricing by 30min increments
*$5 for each additional pet during the drop in
Senior Session
$50/Hr
Gentle, observant care tailored to aging pets who benefit from slower pacing, mobility support, consistency, and comfort-focused healing.
Senior care may include:
- Mobility assistance
- Medication support
- Comfort monitoring
- Shorter therapeutic walks
- Wellness observation updates
- Calm companionship
Puppy Session
$60/Hr
Puppies need more than quick potty breaks. They benefit from consistency, patience, structure, and positive engagement during some of the most important development stages of their lives.
Services may include:
- Potty breaks & routine support
- Feeding and fresh water
- Gentle leash introduction
- Play and enrichment activities
- Crate and settling support
- Positive reinforcement
- Puppy socialization outings
Small Animal & Chicken Care
$25/30min
We provide dependable care for chickens and small animals including rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, fish, reptiles and other companion pets.
Care is tailored to each animal's environment and needs with a focus on cleanliness, consistency, comfort and gentle handling. Whether you need daily visits while traveling or ongoing support for specialized routines, every animal is cared for with patience and respect.
Cat Care
$25/30min
Cats benefit from calm, attentive care that respects their routines, personalities and boundaries. Whether your cat is social or independent, visits are tailored to their individual needs and temperaments.
Services may include:
- Feeding and fresh water
- Litter box cleaning
- Medication support if needed
- Play and enrichment
- Affection and companionship
